Terms and Conditions

  • Our spa operates from 10 am to 5 pm. Please feel free to contact the front desk dial no.0 or 7 to check the availability and make a reservation for the spa. Last-minute requests are subject to availability.

  • There will be a charge of 50% for any cancellations with less than 5 hours' notice. A full charge will be automatically imposed for ‘No Show’ bookings. The spa package that is included in the room reservation is non-refundable and non-redeemable in cash.

  • To maintain the serenity of the spa, we respectfully request that noise be kept to a minimum at all times. Mobile phones, watch alarms, and pagers are not permitted in the spa areas please switch them to silent mode during spa treatments.

  • For late arrival, your treatment time may be reduced and full payment will be charged.

  • Guests who have any medical problems or are pregnant are advised to consult with your doctor before using any spa services. Please highlight your medical conditions in our physical questionnaire.

  • We will provide you with hygienic disposable underwear, which is recommended for certain treatments.

  • We urge that you leave your valuables in your private villa. The management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the spa premises.

  • We do not recommend spa treatment longer than one hour because it may not be comfortable for you to remain lying down for a prolonged period. We do not recommend body scrubs, body wraps, or massages because of their stimulating nature.

  • Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the spa are strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption before any spa treatment is not recommended.

All prices are net, inclusive of 10% service charge & 7% government tax.
